Brick Work : All external walls of 9” thick with clay bricks and all internal walls of 4 1/2” thick.
Plastering : Two coats of cement plaster on both sides with sponge finish.
Doors : Main Door in Teakwood frame and Teakwood shutters with Brass fittings and night latch and other internal doors with flush door shutters with Teakwood frames.
Windows : Teakwood windows with glass panels and safety grills of M.S.
Flooring : Marble flooring of good quality in the living and dinning hall with skirting. Marble tiles flooring with skirting in rest of the area.
Kitchen : Granite slab for kitchen platform with 8”x12” tile dado upto 2'height and stainless steel sink. Ceramic tile cladding will be provided in the wash area.
